Where to begin with how amazing it was to work with Beth? Delight to Work With
When we were finally ready to sell our home, Beth was a delight to work with. I have worked with her before on behalf of my parents, and she has always impressed me with her knowledge of the housing market and her expert capacity to manage the negotiation process. But on top of that, she is warm and reassuring and supportive, all things we needed when selling the home that we had raised our two boys in. Beth gave us useful advice on what we needed to update before putting the house on the market. She did so much extra for us, including calling the company that put in our furnace to see if there was still a warranty, and contacting the city to see if they would pay for repairs at the sidewalk where the roots of a street tree had infiltrated our pipes. Her willingness to do so much made the process so much easier and smoother for us, and I can’t thank her enough. We received more than the asking price in a quick time frame thanks to Beth’s good sense, negotiation skills, serious work ethic, and welcoming personality. I feel so lucky that we found her!

Empowered Us
Beth was warm, super responsive and very professional. We bought in a really volatile market and the whole time she made the process so smooth and empowered us to get as much information as we needed to make the right decisions. Beth is extremely responsive to the biggest and smallest inquiries, whether by text, email or old-fashioned telephone calls. This responsiveness is not limited to getting back to clients, but also includes taking action promptly: drafting offer letters, arranging a time-sensitive viewing, or contacting the people she needs to contact. Whether it’s the seller’s agent, the City, or one of her preferred contractors, Beth was always on top of it. She lined up multiple easy-to-use itineraries for viewings all across town. Even when we once went to the wrong address for one of the viewings, Beth was gracious and immediately went into problem-solving mode to accommodate us (because she absolutely did not want us to miss out on our potential new home). Beyond the professional skills, Beth’s unique skillset is her empathy and determination. This combination is absolute gold. Beth can tell when things are getting tense and anxious and is able to calibrate her energy to meet the moment. This makes it incredibly easy to work with her and makes the process so much more palatable. She is not only a great listener but she’s always ready to listen, and that’s key distinction. Maybe seventeen viewings deep, she is able to remember a throwaway comment from house number four. And as she gathers more information from each viewing, she is able to act as an informed and trusted sound board. Like I say, she is a full partner in making sure that her clients get the house that they want. I can’t recommend Beth enough. My partner and I have mentioned multiple times just how much we miss her after closing on our new home.
